They had pulled pork , country style ribs , cole slaw, green beans, rolls . I personally didnt care for it but I paid my 15 bucks so I ate it. Good turn out , if my count was right they had 40 new people interested in becoming judges. They had some interesting questions asked from the crowd, Walter and Lake did a good job. Of course we got a education of wine judging from Lake. But he had some good points to make on BBQ as well. I think Walter R`s was more on point as concerns BBQ and judging. All in all a good Judges training session.
It was nice to meet everyone as well.
