The 1st Saluda’s Smokin’ BBQ Festival will be held at the Saluda Jaycee Complex in Saluda, SC on Saturday, June 5, 2010
Entry fee is $50 per category OR $75 for both categories.

_________ Pulled Pork (teams must provide minimum 1 Boston Butt for judging)

_________ Ribs (teams must provide minimum of 2 racks of ribs for judging)

* Teams will be given (1) Boston Butt to cook in addition to the (1) that the teams are required to bring. The (1) Boston Butt supplied to each team is for audience sampling and the Saluda Jaycees will sell $1.00 tickets for sampling.

Prizes
1st Place Prize: $150/per category and trophy
2nd Place Prize: $75/per category and trophy
Grand Champion Prize (team that scores the highest combined score for pulled pork and ribs) - $300 and trophy
Tasters Choice Award (based on audience votes) - Trophy
