I had a guy tell me the other day that he has a Greek guy that comes and cooks a goat for him.
He said that it's awesome and that the guy has a neat way to skin the goat.
He said he makes a small cut thru the skin on a back leg, inserts a small pipe, cups the skin where the pipe goes in and blows. He said that after a while the skin will blow off (holds air like a balloon) the Goat and that with a few cuts he then pulls the skin like taking off a glove. I think that he was telling me the truth but........has anybody ever seen or heard of something like this?

Seen it done with deer. Heard of people doing this to cows but never seen that. Sure it would work the same way.
