| Thanks everyone. Now that was a contest!!! It was so well run and everyone was so friendly. Every detail was covered by the KCBS and event organizers. The best part was getting your scores broken down for every judge and every category. We had some timing issues getting use to the late turn ins. To get a 2nd place call in pork was awesome!!! The ribs were good just overcooked. Chicken was the best we have done but did not wow the judges. Brisket got done waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy to soon. I got to bring back all my food and did not have deal with serving the public. I Loved it !!!!!! We are so looking forward to our next KCBS event. Looking at Waynesboro!!
Congrats to Finney and Morgan on their strong weekend!! This forum always does well. A special thanks to Roger, Charles and their lovely wives for the tips and support.
See everyone in Jamestown for Hell Hole Swamp.
Thanks,

| Congrata to Tim and the rest of the gang. Finny, it was nice to see you again. I too enjoyed the KCBS route. We will do a total of 4 KCBS events this year. The score breakdown and the organization are things that SCBA could learn from. Also nice to see Big Al again. Next stop for us is Rock Hill. |

| Tim - Great to meet you Friday in KM! I attended Waynesboro last year...VERY cook friendly event. Nan and crew will treat you like a king! Nice venue...golf cart warehouse distribution facility. LARGE green space. Private bathrooms for teams and judges. I find it interesting that it's mostly GA teams seeing that it's not too far away from SC. Though, $250 is a little high on the entry for a $10K payout. Safe travels.... Charlie Barrineau Greenwood, SC | JTsBBQ wrote: | Thanks everyone. Now that was a contest!!!
