This may sound funny but my two favorite are from this forum. Swamp Sauce and Smokin' Coles......you can keep the Baby Rays and all that other stuff! I do however like Piggly Wiggly's regular golden sauce broken down with Dill Pickle Juice (3 parts Pig sauce to 1 part pickel juice). Different but good!! |

| My biased opinion is Smokin' Cole's. |

| Other than mine, I like any of the vinegar sauces cept scotts for pork. Scotts is a tad too hot for my taste. Now Carolina Treet is good on chicken. |

| I like Smokin Coles for Rib and Prossers for pulled pork. Sonny's always comes in handy for multiple uses.
Good Q!

| I can't get Coles or Swamp Sauce in any stores around me so I can't say either of those. It also leaves out Reverend Marvin's. I keep Scotts, Uncle Yammy's, and Carolina Treet on hand. And some basic sauces to use as a base for making something better. |

| I like Swamp Sauce as well...then Shealy's Vinegar & Pepper sauce. My son really likes Wadmalaw Island BBQ sauce (Mustard style). |

| I like that Wadmalaw Island sauce too. Pretty good mustard sauce. IMHO not as good a Winninghams but it is a very nice, mellow sauce.
Good Q!

| Cattleman's original is pretty good stuff. I use it as a base to make a sauce that I use for catrering type events. I use Smokin Coles as a base when competing. |

| I like Coleman's for a mustard sauce, Prossers for a VP sauce and Swamp Sauce for the "Flavor you can see"! |
