Went to Hites Saturday for plates and a pound of meat. Man - so good!!

Just the right amount of smoke, sauce - everything.

Only problem - we polished off the meat to quickly - but I'm holding out for the Greenway BBQ & Blugrass contest this weekend. If its not up to expectation will drop by Hites for more

I know this is an old post, but I want to make sure that others read it. If you haven't been to Hite's in West Columbia yet, you need to go. It is an unassuming little block building with takeout only and cash only, but it is very good. The options are limited but it is everything you need.
