     BBQ Pork Chops and Roasted Potatoes

    Ingredients:

    * 6 lean pork chops
    * 2 large onions, sliced into rings
    * 6 large potatoes, peeled & halved
    * 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce

    Directions:

    Prep Time: 30 mins

    Total Time: 2 hrs

    1. 1 Place pork chops in a single layer in a casserole dish. Layer potatoes and onion rings over meat. Pour bbq sauce over vegetables and bake at 350 degrees until done, about 1 1/2 hours.
