Friday night we will have the Anything Butt and we will be incorporating a chicken-wing throw down. Prizes and trophies will be awarded in three categories: appetizers, desserts, and wings.

Saturday we will be judging Boston Butts and Ribs. Prizes and trophies will be awards there. Overall we will be giving away more than $5,000 in prize money.

Servers will be provided for your team on Friday and Saturday during the cook-off.
Website will be completed by February 1.

Well I feel better because I got my frustration off my chest. Bring it on. Hope everything is going well with Bordertown. We have really changed things up in Hartsville. Moving to a bigger location about 1 1/2 miles out of town to a 70 acre park and will be in the soccer field area. Future growth is endless and everything will be closer together with more of a family feel.

Things are going well so far. They keep telling me that the park is going to be expanded. If we could ever talk the town into letting us use the high school football stadium parking lot we could fit 100 teams.
