Brian, Check E-Bay. Type in "tents, canopies" there are about 2000 listed now. Thats where I got ours, It wasn't an auction item, it was Buy it Now, It was inexpensive, has all walls, and as proved this weekend, doesn't leak. The Co is in Fla and has every size, color, material. I wish that I could remember their name. The 10 X 20 I bought was about $200 and I think that it will last about 3 or 4 years.

I've been looking for a new one too. Shelter logic and E-Z up are probably the best ones out there.

If only I would have thought about it....

went over to Sam's a little while ago and found a 10x10 E-Z up with walls for $198. Looks like the one with heavier duty legs. Looks like I might have to pick a couple up this week.

    Hey Doug,

IMHO Caravan makes the best of the pop ups. Ours has out lasted a couple of EZ Ups. Be careful of the EZ Ups you buy at Sam's and Costco. They had a serious quality issue about 2 years ago. As far as I know EZ Up stood behind their product warranty, but it was very frustrating for while.

    Good Q!

    Jack
