    How long past the date is it safe to keep cyrovac packed pork butts in a 34 degree, seldomly opened refridgerator?
    It seems as though everytime I buy some butts to do "a practice run" or to cook just to have on hand, the weather turns crappy for several days.

    I would not go more than a week, then they start smelling funky.
