looking for my first reverse flow smoker... Lang 48 or 60 would be my first choice... He's a great guy and I hope to see him at some comps in the near future... went and picked up some oak and hickory from Gabby's firewood in Batesburg for my first cook tomorrow for the game.... they have "plenty"... like 10 acres worth!!
